Good Neighbors (1991) is an international humanitarian, development and non-governmental organization with membership in General Consultative Status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Winner of MDG 2 award in 2007, Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 4 Projects with Specific Program (PSP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and Rohingya emergency response activities. Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) intends to recruit suitable personnel for the following positions:

2. Basic Requirement:

 

Education: Master degree, Must Diploma in HRM/ PGDHRM (HRM background will get preference)

 

Age: Minimum age 30 years and maximum age 40 years (as on 31st March 2024))


Experience:
Minimum 5 years HRM managerial experience (experience with only evidence and relevance will count).

Preference: Only qualified “female” candidates are eligible to apply.

 

3. Contract Information:

Salary and Others: Consolidated Remuneration Tk 50,000 – 60,000 (per month). Plus 100% festival bonus, 15 days paid leave excluding public holidays and training opportunities for career development.

 

Contract Period: 2 years (including minimum 6 months’ probation period)

 

4. Job Assignment in Brief:

·       Leading the HRD and HRM upon organizational standards

·       Managing recruitment, selection and succession

·       Identification of ‘deficiency in the required skills’ and arranging cost-effective workshop and training

·       Effective team management to keep members sufficiently involved and motivated

 

 

5. Capacity Requirement:

·       Proven experience in HR management and knowledge of national and international HRM practices

·       Ability to understand and reflect the organization’s human resource management strategy

·       Basic ability to identify, analyze HRM issues to control the turnover rate

·       Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural office environment

 

·       Basic managerial capacity to build and manage a team and to work with and without top-down supervision
