·        Something innovative to make the lesson interesting

·       Any other content as per organization need.

1-2. PR & BCC materials regarding nutrition for community people (Leaflet, Poster, Flipchart)

  • How to select food for sufficient dietary diversity?
  • Ways of making nutritious food by using common & easily available ingredients.
  • Way of cooking with preservation of food value.
  • Any other content as per organization need.
>Please keep in consideration that all content of the education booklet should be written easily for students to understand.

>Please use visual materials so that even illiterate people can understand the content.

2. 2-1. Development of WASH education booklet for students of grade 3-5

  • Objectives
  •  Table of Contents
  • Hygiene practices to have school meals

– Prepare a clean lunch box. (How to clean the lunch box)

o   Wash hands before and after the meal.

o Other dining etiquette (Do not use hands, Don not talk with food, etc.)

·       Hygiene practices to prevent COVID-19

o   Steps, procedure, and importance of handwashing

o   Wearing a mask in the public area

o   Not sharing food, not talking when eating

·       Hygiene practices to prevent waterborne diseases

o   What are waterborne diseases?

o   Importance of using Sanitary latrines

o   Importance of maintenance of Personal hygiene.

·        Something innovative to make the lesson interesting

·        Any other contents as per Organizational need

 

2-2. PR & BCC materials regarding WASH for community people (Leaflet, Poster, Flipchart)

·        How to cook and store food hygienically

>WASH is an abbreviation of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene.

>Please keep in consideration that all content of the education booklet should be written easily for students to understand.

>Please use visual materials so that even illiterate people can understand the content.

3. 3-1. Development of Home Gardening education booklet for mothers

 

·       Table of Contents

·       (Carrot)

o   Reason that crops(carrot) are good for health

o   How to plant (preparation of soil) and grow off each crop

·       (Chicken)

o   Reason that livestock(chicken) is good for health

o   How to build shed and raise for livestock’s

·       How to cook each crop or livestock’s for making nutritious food

·       Something new/Innovative

·        Any other contents as per Organizational need

 

3-2. Development of Home Gardening training manual for trainers (TOT)

 

·       Introduction of Nutrition Project

·       Curriculum for six training (theory part + practice part)

·       Details need to know when carrying out home gardening activities

o   How to choose good seeds

o   How to prepare good soil

o   Detail method for gardening of each crop

o   How to build shed for livestock

o   How to raise livestock

>Please use visual materials for the education booklet so that even illiterate mothers can understand the content.

>Before develop the curriculum, the type of crops needs to select in consideration of the season.

4. 4-1. Development of School Feeding Management Manual for the relevant person

 

·       Target Beneficiaries (School students of grade 3-5): Manual will be developed for School feeding management committee, cook & relevant person related to this activity

 

·       Introduction of Nutrition Project

·       Objective

·       Table of contents

·       Menu management

o   How to manage school feeding by providing feeding on the basis of criteria of mid-day meal.

o   How children get proper balanced nutrition through school feeding programs.

·       Food purchasing and hygiene management

·       School feeding staff’s hygiene management

·       Cooking hygiene management

·       Facility and equipment hygiene management

·        Any other contents as per Organizational need

 

4-2. Development of School feeding hygiene safety checklist (Leaflet, Poster, Flipchart)

·        Daily basis checklist for hygienically safe school feeding

>Please keep in consideration during the development of Management Manual that- Daily Nutrition Requirement & Giving Nutritious food
