Concert for Child Rights: Equal Rights for Every Child

To raise awareness about child rights and create scope for children’s entertainment Good Neighbors Bangladesh arranged a Concert for Child Rights at Bangla Academy Premises on 9 March 2024. More than 1200 Children & adolescents from different schools and colleges participated in the concert.

GNB arranged puppet shows, games, art competitions, movie shows, bioscopes, joker shows, and cultural competitions for the children. Every child enjoyed every session. At this event, NGO representatives, social workers, media persons, singers, actors, and elite persons also joined us. Aparajeyo-Bangladesh, Ek Ronga Ek Ghuri, and Shornokishoree Network Foundation were associated with us in this event under the For Children consortium.

Advocate Md. Shamsul Hoque Tuku, MP, Hon’ble Deputy Speaker, Bangladesh Parliament, was joined in the event as chief guest. Mr. Ferdous Ahmed, Hon’ble Member of Parliament gave a valuable speech for the children.

The event was presided over by the Country Director of #GNB.
