Internship

Good Neighbors is a non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization in General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Good Neighbors Bangladesh, established in 1996, is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 5 Projects with Specific Programs (PSP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income-generating activities, DRR & Rohingya Emergency Response Project. Good Neighbors winner of the MDG 2 award in 2007. Good Neighbors Bangladesh winner of UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development in 2024. 

Applications for the Internship Program are now open under the following criteria (only university-recommended candidates are eligible).

Job without Job Experience

Only freshers are welcome! Age below 28 years.  Graduation/Post-Graduation in Sociology*, Mass Communication and Journalism, Public Health*, Development Studies, Anthropology*, Economics, Social-Works, English Language/Literature, Environment Studies*, Public Administration, Statistics/ Demographics Studies, Population Science, Climate and/or Disaster Management, Genocide/Refugee/IDP Studies, International Cooperation/Business, International Relations*, Accountancy*, Business Studies and Finance from government recognized Public/Private university.

Position:                                               Intern (3 months)

Job Location:                                       GNB Projects areas [Rural/Urban CDPs (Dhaka and Other Districts)]

Educational Requirements:               Graduation (ongoing)

Age:                                                          At most 28 Years

Working Hours:                                      6 hours per day & Weekly 5 days [Sunday to Thursday]

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Candidates will get practical job experience in an International NGO
  • Internship completion certificate, after successful completion of 3 months
