2. Use of Donations
- Donations made to Good Neighbors Bangladesh will be used for our charitable programs aligned with our mission.
- GNB reserves the right to allocate funds where most needed unless specified by the donor in a designated giving option.
3. Donor Information
- Donors must provide accurate and complete personal information while donating.
- GNB will not store donors’ personal online payment information, such as Visa card, MasterCard, debit card, bKash, Nagad, etc.
4. Payment
- All donations are processed in BDT.
- Payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways.
- GNB is not responsible for payment gateway errors, technical failures, or unauthorized transactions. Please contact the payment provider for such issues.
7. Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable (as per GNB’s Refund Policy).
8. Limitation of Liability
GNB is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to the use of the donation system.
