A warm welcome to our newest team members!
We’re excited to welcome new members to our team as they join the Good Neighbors Bangladesh family. They begin their journey with the Community Centric Resilience Approach for Disaster Risk Reduction (CRAD) project under the GN Impact Program, contributing to strengthening resilience and supporting vulnerable communities.
From 15–18 February 2026, we hosted an orientation at our Head Office—four enriching days filled with learning, discussions, and hands-on sessions on community resilience, disaster preparedness, early warning systems, and climate-adaptive livelihoods. We also held in-depth discussions on how we can further strengthen our support to vulnerable communities and enhance their overall well-being.
The CRAD project works across Kurigram, Satkhira, and Barishal, strengthening vulnerable communities through DRR awareness, anticipatory action, climate-smart livelihood support, and youth engagement to build a stronger, safer future for all.
