Good Neighbors (1991) is an international humanitarian, development, and non-governmental organization with membership in General Consultative Status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Winner of MDG 2 award 2007 and UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development 2024, Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 2 Projects with Specific Program (PSP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and Rohingya emergency response activities. 2. Basic Requirement:
- Education: Master’s degree (preferred) in Development Studies, International Relations, Business, or a related field
Age: No limitations
Experience: Minimum 03 years’ work experience in similar sector (experience with only evidence and relevance will count).
3. Contract Information:
Salary and Others: Consolidated Remuneration Tk 60,000 (per month). Plus 100% festival bonus, 15 days paid leave excluding public holidays and training opportunities for career development.
Contract Period: 1 years (including minimum 3 months’ probation period), Renewable consideration on performance

5. Capacity Requirement:
- Has strong skills in grant writing, concept note and project proposal development, as well as in negotiating with donors.
- Proven experience in proposal writing, especially for CSR and ODA or international donors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially cross-cultural communication.
- Previous experience in Grant writing with NGOs or donor-funded projects is a strong advantage.
- Master’s degree (preferred) in Development Studies, International Relations, Business, or related field.
