All donations made through GNB’s online payment gateway are
considered final and non-refundable.
b)
However, under certain specific circumstances, we may consider a refund
request in good faith.
1. Eligibility for Refund:

refund may be issued if:
a) A donation was made by mistake or in an incorrect
amount
b) A duplicate transaction occurred
c) There was an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
d) A technical error resulted in an incorrect payment
e) Refund requests must be made within [3] days of receiving the
product

the donor believes a refund is warranted, please contact us within 7 calendar
days of the donation date, providing the following details:

Date and amount of the donation, including the online payment
receipt.
