Request for Proposal (RFP) of
“Water Treatment Plant installation”
There is a water supply system is going to install by Good Neighbors Bangladesh, Taltali Community Development Project under “The Project for Construction of Drinking Water Supply Facilities in Barguna District”, Uttar Jharakhali, Karaibaria, Taltali, Barguna. A water treatment plant is required for that system. Supply system will deliver 5m3/hour (5000ltr per hour). There is an overhead tank platform will be construct by office. Vendor has to work after raw water storage tank to treated water outlet for supply.

Existing available resources: Existing facility at site-
· Well-structured platform.
· Deep tube well.
· 1.5 HP submersible pump.
· 2 nos Jet pump.
· 4 nos HDPE water tank, 5000-liter Capacity per tank.
· Electricity facilities.
· Treatment plant room.
Site Address: Village: Uttar Jharakhali (Majhi Bari), P.S. Karaibaria, Upazilla- Taltali, District – Barguna.
Proposal Requirements (Please mention your offer on below points)
Ø Proposed actual budget/price required production capacity: 5m3/hour 5m3/hour (5000ltr per hour)
Ø Proposed treatment design flow diagram, design and Work plan.
Ø Maintenance/Servicing/Warranty period-one year with chemical.
Ø Spare items (If any).
Ø Operational orientation plan.
Ø Organizational experience and client list.
Ø Submission of Proposal within office letter head pad.
Ø Origin (Treatment machineries) Vietnam or Taiwan.
Required documents: Please submit your proposal including below mentioned documents-
1. Valid trade license.
2. TIN Certificate.
3. Bank solvency certificate.
4. BIN certificate
5. NID of vendor
6. Experience Certificate/ Appreciation Letter from previous such works [if any]
General terms & condition:
· Please communicate for any other related information before RFP submission.
· Please mention materials specification and brand name offered.
· Site visit is mandatory before RFP submission.
· Proposal submission by via reply email procurement@gnbangla.org.
· GNB is reserves right to cancel or make delay related everything of these procedures.
· Please submit your budget/price excluding VAT & AIT.
· Office will contact with only selected vendors. Work order will be issued within 5 days after selection.
· Selected vendor must come to take work order physically at Project office.
· Work should be completed within 7 days from work order dated.
· Payment will be made by A/C cheque only. Partial payment is not allowed but as per official procedure the partial payment could be made after 40% and 100% completion of agreed works according to both parties’ negotiation.
· Proposal submission deadline is 20/10/2024 within office hours 4:00pm. No proposal will accept after deadline.
