Subject: Expression of Interest for Empanelment of Research Firms/ Organizations/ Company for Good Neighbors Bangladesh
Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible and legally registered local research firms/ organizations/ companies for Empanelment of Research for Good Neighbors Bangladesh.
Interested firms, organizations, companies are requested to submit their EOI along with the required supporting documents by email to procurement@gnbangla.org no later than 05 September 2026 at 5:00 PM (BST). For details EOI notice please visit https://gnbangla.org/tender-eoi/
Detailed Partner Selection Process:
Step 1: Partner Eligibility Assessment
Applicants are requested to submit the following mandatory documents demonstrating GNB’s eligibility requirements:
a) Cover Letter;
b) Certificate of Legal Registration/License
c) Valid TIN, BIN, and VAT registration/certificate documents.
d) Evidence of an organizational bank account held in the legal name of the organization (Valid bank information issued by Bank).
e) Proof/identification of the authorized bank signatory;
f) Documentation confirming the existence of an established Governing Body/Board;
g) Evidence of relevant sectoral experience;
h) Evidence of operational experience as organization/ firm/ company;
i) Self-declaration confirming that the organization is not blacklisted, debarred, or sanctioned by any government authority, donor, or development partner;
j) Evidence of applicable Code of Conduct and Safeguarding policies, or commitments.
Step 2: Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
Eligible applicants will undergo a due diligence and risk assessment in accordance with Good Neighbors Bangladesh’s applicable policies and requirements. GNB may request additional documents and information from applicants as part of the due diligence and risk assessment process.
Step 3: Technical and Financial Proposal Solicitation and Collection
Only applicants that successfully meet the eligibility and due diligence requirements will be invited to submit detailed Technical and Financial Proposals by email.
The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) and proposal submission requirements will be shared with all eligible applicants at this stage.
Step 4: Technical and Financial Evaluation
Submitted Technical and Financial Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable technical and financial evaluation criteria specified by Good Neighbors Bangladesh.
As part of the evaluation process, Good Neighbors Bangladesh reserves the right to arrange virtual or in-person meetings with shortlisted firms/organization/company for clarification, discussion, or further assessment, as deemed necessary.
Step 5: Partnership Agreement
Following successful evaluation, approval, and completion of the applicable procurement and due diligence processes, the selected firm/organization/company will enter into an appropriate agreement with Good Neighbors Bangladesh.
